We strive on accuracy and quality of products, however if you are not satisfied with your
purchase or you have received the incorrect part which can happen from
time to time as mistakes do happen, please contact us ASAP so that we
can resolve the issue quickly and efficiently as we always do! The quickest way for this to be sorted out for our customers is via email - email@example.com
If parts are incorrectly ordered we do not refund any shipping costs or pay for any return shipping costs.
The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost & any new shipping charges.
Custom-ordered parts are non-refundable.
All items returned will be subject to a 20% restocking charge unless you are exchanging for another product.
Goods must be returned in the original packaging, unopened, un-used or fitted, undamaged (SEAL NOT BROKEN) & in a new saleable condition like you received them to qualify as a Return.
All parts must be returned within 7 days once a return has been approved.
Cancellation - If the item has not shipped at the time of cancellation, an order may be cancelled. If the item has shipped then the cancellation will be treated as a Return under the Returns Policy.
Before Returning any item make sure you get the correct return details and a RMA Number from us, Do not use the warehouse details on the website for returns!
Shipping & Shipping Costs:
We will not be held liable for any Shipping/Courier/Postage delays or errors resulting in a late delivery.
Meaning we do not refund any Express Shipping or Next Day Shipping costs in the event of the above happening.
All HIGH FLOW & QUANTUM FUEL SYSTEMS fuel pumps are covered by a Lifetime Warranty by QUANTUM FUEL SYSTEMS / FUEL PERFORMANCE. If your item should fail at any time, we will replace it at no additional cost. The buyer must contact FUEL PERFORMANCE LTD at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain approval prior to returning any item and to arrange delivery of the replacement Fuel Pump. A replacement will not be dispatched until we receive the Faulty Fuel Pump back for inspection. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
AEM & INNOVATE offer Full Customer Tech Support which must be used by the customer before any Warranty will be handled and a RMA Number must be obtained from the manufacturer by the customer in order to process the Warranty for you:

Please be aware that under no circumstances will FUEL PERFORMANCE LTD be held responsible for any labor or repair costs or any other costs incurred from parts found to be faulty, defective or incorrect or any other costs arising from parts supplied.
